All questions What is the minimum order quantity for perfume manufacturing at LOPAZ?
LOPAZ manufactures from a minimum of 500 bottles per SKU. That minimum applies per fragrance and per size, so a brand launching two scents in one 50 ml format would order 500 of each. Smaller runs are possible for 2 ml discovery vials and testers, which are quoted separately.
How long does it take LOPAZ to manufacture a perfume?
LOPAZ delivers a first production run four to six weeks after a brief is signed off. That window covers compounding, maceration, filtration, filling, labelling, cartoning and palletising. Private label runs sit at the fast end because there is no formulation stage; a bespoke composition adds the trial-and-revision period ahead of it, which depends on how many rounds the accord takes to approve.
What is the difference between private label and contract manufacturing?
Private label at LOPAZ means choosing a finished composition from our existing library and putting your name on it — no formulation stage, so the bottle ships in weeks. Contract manufacturing means LOPAZ produces to a formula or brief you bring, matching it batch to batch and holding the standard on file. Private label is faster and cheaper; contract manufacturing gives you a scent nobody else can sell.
What compliance paperwork ships with a LOPAZ order?
Every LOPAZ production run ships with an allergen declaration, a safety data sheet and market-ready label copy for your market, so a brand is not left sourcing compliance paperwork after the goods arrive. Requirements differ by territory — tell LOPAZ where you are selling and the documentation is prepared for that market.
Who owns the formula LOPAZ develops for my brand?
The formula stays yours. LOPAZ develops bespoke work under NDA, does not resell a composition it built for a client, and does not put that composition into its own line. Signed-off standards are retained purely so LOPAZ can reproduce your batch exactly.
Does LOPAZ ship internationally?
Yes. LOPAZ palletises and ships worldwide from Ajman with export documentation prepared, including the safety data sheets needed to clear fragrance shipments. The UAE base makes GCC, wider MENA, Europe and South Asia routes straightforward.
